What we collect
Only what you send through the contact form: your name, email address, optional company name, your area of interest and your message. We do not use analytics, advertising trackers or cookies on this website. Your colour-theme choice is stored in your own browser's local storage and never sent to us.
Why we use it and our lawful basis
We use your details solely to reply to your enquiry and any follow-up conversation you start. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests (responding to a request you made) under UK GDPR Article 6(1)(f), or steps prior to entering a contract under Article 6(1)(b) where your enquiry is about working with us.
Who processes it
Form submissions are received and stored by our website host, Netlify, Inc., acting as our processor. Netlify may process data in the United States under appropriate safeguards. We do not sell or share your details with anyone else.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then delete them, unless they lead to a contract, in which case we keep records as required by law.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its use, or request a copy. To make a request, use the contact form. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
